Timothy I. Mac Master Attorney at Law
Hawaii's Dean of DUI
- Honolulu County
In Hawaii, most DUI arrests generate a criminal case that will be prosecuted in one of the District Courts. There will probably also be an almost entirely independent case against you in the Administrative Driver's License Revocation Office ("the ADLRO"). The ADLRO is a state agency that conducts legal proceedings to determine whether the driving privileges of a person arrested for DUI should be revoked. In order to completely protect your driving privileges, and to keep your driving record from being damaged with a criminal conviction for DUI, it may be necessary to fight, and beat, both cases.
