Jim has argued before the Arkansas Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit. He has served as special judge in Pulaski County District Courts and Pulaski County Circuit Court, and has been a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) speaker at criminal law seminars. Jim serves as lead counsel in capital murder death penalty cases, as well as in all other felony cases across the State of Arkansas.
