Washington DUI Lawyer Aaron J. WolffSeattle DUI Lawyer Aaron Wolff is one of the most easily recognizable DUI defense lawyers in Washington State. He attended college at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating with honors from the Seattle University School of Law, Aaron became a DUI prosecutor for the cities of Kirkland and Tukwila. During his tenure as a prosecutor, he successfully prosecuted hundreds of DUI cases. In 2003, Aaron joined the Law Firm of Stephen W. Hayne, where he limited his practice to defense of DUI's and other serious traffic offenses. In 2007, he was named partner in that firm. Background tailored to Seattle DUI DefenseAaron has attended the National College of DUI Defense, the DRE Drug Evaluation classification overview program and is a NHTSA qualified administrator of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Washington State utilizes the BAC Datamaster breath testing device manufactured by National Patent Analytical Systems in all DUI prosecutions. In 2004, Aaron completed the BAC Datamaster.training program at National Patent's Datamaster manufacturing facility in Mansfield, Ohio. In 2007, he spoke at the WFCJ annual DUI Seminar about jury selection in DUI cases. Aaron was recently featured in Washington State Law & Politics magazine as "2007 Who's Who in DUI/DWI Law." He did also serve as co-chair of The 16th Annual Criminal Justice Institute in September of 2009. This is a two day legal education conference sponsored by the Washington State Bar Association and attended by both prosecutors and defense attorneys. In 2009 Aaron spoke at the Washington Foundation for Criminal Justice's Annual "Defending DUIs" seminar. His presentation addressed the Washington State Department of Licensing administrative hearings and Washington's new Ignition Interlock Law. Aaron is a member of the following organizations: -The National College for DUI Defense Aaron is married and has two young sons. He was raised on Mercer Island, and now resides there and is very active in the community. In his free time, Aaron is an avid sports fan and recently served as legal co-counsel to the grassroots organization "Save Our Sonics." He also enjoys playing basketball and golf.
