This should go without saying, but unfortunately sometimes it does not. Remember, you happen to be a Defendant in an Arizona DUI case, but that is not who you are. The State and the police officer may at times need to be reminded by your attorney that you are more than a number or a Defendant... however, your attorney should never have to be reminded of that fact.
