Attorney Chris Barnett has Texas in his blood. Born and raised in the Great State, he grew up admiring his father, a physician and successful business man. As the first born son, he watched his father conduct his practice and business with integrity. The elder Barnett's work ethic and professionalism showed Chris that if you do your best for every single patient or client, and give every person you come into contact with your utmost respect, then the rest pretty much takes care of itself.

After graduating from high-school in Texas, Chris enrolled in the FlightSafety Academy in Florida. There he learned to be a skilled pilot, earning his FAA Commercial, Multi-Engine and Instrument ratings. He then became a pilot for an Austin-based cancer treatment center. After that he became an owner-operator of an air charter company, where he had the honor of safely transporting politicians, business owners and professionals throughout Texas.

After that, Chris graduated with honors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics. To this day Chris continues to fly, and now holds a FAA Airline Transport Pilot rating. He has logged over 4000 hours of flight time.

Chris also involved himself in several successful business ventures, including retail, construction, finance and technology. During the course of his business career he regularly relied on the professional advice of accountants and attorneys. These exciting interactions sparked his passion for the law, and set him on a course towards fulfilling his dream and destiny... becoming a lawyer.
