Actor Josh Brolin arrested for Public Intoxication

Actor Josh Brolin may have partied a little too hard this New Year’s Eve, as he was arrested for public Intoxication.
The 44-year-old actor was reported to be partying with some friends in Santa Monica. He was arrested for misdemeanor public intoxication just before the New Year began along a sidewalk in Santa Monica.
Santa Monica Law enforcement said Brolin was heavily intoxicated when he was found on the sidewalk, and not able to care for himself; at that point he was arrested. He arrived and was booked into jail around 3:02am and left after posting a $250 bail.
Brolin has had previous run-in’s with the law, including an alleged bar fight in 2008 and a battery charge in 2004.
Brolin is a talented actor, known for his many film roles since 1985. Some of those include; Men In Black 3, True Grit, The Goonies, No Country for Old Men, and American Gangster.
