Several sources are reporting that a Medina County Ohio man was arrested for drunk driving for the twelfth time this Thanksgiving.

The reports indicate that 45 year old Kelly Dorler was pulled over after the Chevy Van he was driving was called in by a citizen who saw Mr. Dorler weaving.

His breath alcohol level was tested at .174 percent alcohol concentration, and he was booked into the Medina County Jail.

Ohio OVI law provides for enhanced penalties for repete offenders, and this arrest is classified as a felony. Ohio also provides enhanced sentencing for people with high alcohol levels, defined as a .170 or greater.

If convicted, Mr. Dorler will face at least 120 days in jail, and could receive a life suspension of his drivers license if it isn't already suspended or revoked. If convicted, it is unlikely that a judge will be sympathetic to his cause, and may impose the maximum allowable sentence.
