Tonya L. Casper, former cast member of Big Brother has been charged with aggravated DUI in Sangamon County, Illinois. Along with that charge were charges of Speeding, Reckless Driving, two counts of Reckless Conduct, DUI and Reckless Homicide.

She was arrested in May of this year and is being held on a one million dollar bond or one hundred thousand dollars cash bail.

The accident,which happened in July of 2009, caused a five car collision and killed two people, Cameron Weider and Eric Finneran, both twenty-one.

Another driver, Zachery Barnes, was also charged with driving under the influence of drugs. Casper was a cast member in the third season of Big Brother.
