The male principal of a local elementary school was arrested for suspicion of OWI while wearing a pink dress, wig and high heels, according to reports.

Tracy Treadway was stopped when officers in Argos, Indiana, noted him walking unsteadily toward his car early on November 1, apparently leaving a Halloween party. The officers say the man was visibly impaired enough to conduct a sobriety test. Treadway eventually provided a breath sample showing his BAC to be .188%. 

Treadway is charged with OWI and endangering another. Surprisingly, Treadway was immediately placed on administrative leave following his arrest. Confirmed by the superintendent, Treadway's leave took effect even before the case was resolved. Many school boards will wait until the result of a trial or further information is available.
