Thomas Dekker, known for his role portraying John Connor in the Terminator TV show, is scheduled for arraignment on two misdemeanor DUI charges.
He was arrested last month in North Hollywood under suspicion of drunken driving. He was pulled over on Burbank Boulevard on Oct. 14 after failing to make a turn onto the Hollywood Freeway, striking a bicyclist in a crosswalk. The cyclist was just 17, but he escaped with minor injuries. The actor is now 21-years-old, and he made the $100,000 bail to be released from jail the following day.
Dekker was officially charged with one count each of California's DUI laws: driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content of .08% or above.
Dekker has also appeared in a role in the TV show 7th Heaven, playing the character Vincent, and on Heroes.
