A teenage student in Ohio was pulled over early in the morning after Halloween and arrested for DUI while he was wearing a Breathalyzer costume.
The student, James Miller, was supposedly driving the wrong way on a one-way street. Officers spotted an open can of beer by the seat when they pulled him over. They then searched the vehicle, finding remains of a case of beer in the passenger seat and on the back floor board.
The arrest occurred just before 3AM Sunday morning. When asked to submit a real breath test, Miller complied. He tested .158% on the road side sample. Subsequently, he was charged with DUI and underage drinking. While officers reportedly found him with multiple Ohio IDs, they did not charge him with possessing false identification.
Miller was released to the care of his girlfriend. His mug shot has appeared on multiple news sites, as he was still wearing the breath test costume at the time he was booked.
