Bradford Maples was arrested in August for crashing his vehicle into three bicyclists in Baldwin County, Alabama.  Initially, despite the severity of the injuries sustained by one of the bicyclists, Maples was released pending a trial in November.  Today Baldwin County, Alabama Judge Jody Bishop revoked his release and set bail at $15,000 on the Assault charges, but ordered him held on the DUI charge without bail.

Maples was arrested last weekend on a charge of public intoxication outside a Fairhope bar.  Police were called to an altercation in which Maples was accused of participation.

Maples returned this Spring to Alabama from his tour in Iraq.

Maples’ father is an attorney in Mobile, Alabama.  His father wanted to remind everyone that being charged does not mean that a person is guilty.

No report on what Maples’ BAC was at the time of his arrest.
