Evan M. Levow graduated with a Bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988 and earned a law degree from Rutgers University in 1991. Mr Levow has practiced law for 18 years. Since 2000 he has devoted his practice to defending the rights of motorists charged with DWI.
