Attorney Ryan Russman
Attorney Ryan Russman has dedicated his career to fighting for the rights of New Hampshire citizens.
His practice, based in Exeter (Rockingham County) New Hampshire, is limited to cases involving DWI and DUI, other motor vehicle and criminal cases, and many cases involving Personal Injury.
He is, however, best known as New Hampshire’s leading legal authority on DWI. In fact, he has written 2 books on the subject. One book is for the general public, the other book is used by attorneys throughout the state.
Attorney Russman is Board Certified in DWI Defense by The National College for DUI Defense. Board certification is so difficult to achieve that very few attorneys in the entire country are able to both qualify in terms of training and experience, and pass the rigorous examination process. Part of the certification process is a demonstrated willingness to go to bat for each client, which often means taking a case beyond negotiations and into litigation and even through trial. Mr. Russman is a battle-tested trial attorney with a reputation for complete preparation and attention to detail. It is the details that Mr. Russman catches that often turn seemingly hopeless cases into winners.
Because of his reputation and expertise, Mr. Russman is frequently consulted by the media throughout New Hampshire, and in neighboring states. Learn more about his media exposure.
Attorney Russman is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, and from American University in Washington, DC. He graduated Cum Laude and during law school accumulated several honors through his success in moot court and trial competitions.
Mr. Russman is a volunteer firefighter in New Castle. He is a member of several national organizations whose purpose it is to educate, train and organize DWI and criminal defense lawyers to improve their practices and facilitate a high-quality bar and superior results for clients.
