William Bly devotes his career exclusively to defending people who are charged wi th DUI and other crimes.

Mr. Bly is a U.S. Army veteran who has completed tours of duty in Georgia, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Ft. Benning and Korea. He was Honorably Discharged from the Army in 1997, and thereafter enlisted in both the New Jersey and Maine National Guard from 1997-2004. His entire military career was spent as a 19D Cavalry Scout. Mr. Bly is proud of his service to both state and country.

Attorney William Bly is an Honors Graduate of Rutgers College and a graduate of the Maine School of Law. He has extensive experience defending DUI cases including DUI felonies involving serious bodily injury and complex accident reconstruction issues. Attorney Bly's practice is devoted exclusively to criminal defense with approximately 90% of his practice focused on DUI defense. In addition, Attorney Bly handles criminal cases involving violent crimes, complex drug conspiracies and white collar crimes in both state and federal court.

Attorney Chris A. Nielsen

Attorney Chris Nielsen strives to better his clients' positions, and approaches case with the mindset that he can do better for his clients than what the government has to offer. Chris works strategically and relentlessly towards securing you a result that keeps you free and protects your future.

Chris is trained in the administration of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests according to the standards used by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. He has been through the same training that local police officers receive and apply to DUI cases in New Hampshire. He is also trained in Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) techniques that police officers use in drug-related impaired driving cases.

Mr. Nielsen is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and an honors graduate of the University of New York at Plattsburgh. He also completed two internships that have contributed to his success as a criminal defense lawyer: One with the Clinton County District Attorney's Office and the other with the New York State Senate. Attorney Nielsen has extensive experience handling cases involving felony drug possession, drug trafficking, domestic violence as well as minor criminal offenses such as misdemeanor drug possession and simple assault.

He is admitted to practice law in all New Hampshire State Courts, as well as all State and Federal District Courts in Maine. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and devotes 100 percent of his practice to defending DUI and other criminal matters.
