DWI Expungement in Missouri

If you have recieved a Missouri DWI, you may be eligible to expunge it from your driving record.  However, there are certain limitations.  DUI offenders may only have a one-time alcohol related offense expunged from their driving record.

Can anybody get a Missouri drunk driving conviction off their record?

Expungments are only available to those first time offenders without any prior DUIs.

If you wish to obtain an expungment you must wait 10 years from the conviction or guilty plea and apply to the court where you were convicted. Although you can expunge your DUI from your driving record, you cannot erase a refusal to sumit to a chemical test.

Warning:

After a Missouri DWI arrest, you only have

15 days

to request a hearing through the Department of Revenue to save your license.
