If you face a DWI in Greene County, it is important that you understand Missouri DWI law and that you act immediately to make sure you don't lose important rights and miss important deadlines.
Too many people who are arrested for impaired driving in Greene County plead guilty without realizing that your arrest does not always mean that you are guilty or will be found guilty. You have the right to a top-notch defense, and the right to understand all of your options before making any life-altering decisions in your case. The single most important decision you will make in your Greene County DWI case is which lawyer to hire to represent you in court. You should realize that many attorneys dabble in DWI cases, and some see your case as easy money if they simply advise you to plead guilty.
