Webster county was established and founded in 1855 and was named for US Secretary of State Daniel Webster. The county seat is in Marshfield, and the entire county is approximately 594 square miles. Each Missouri County has its own individual court systems. The general state laws and consequences are summarized as follows: First DUI convictions can lead to a maximum of six months in jail and $500 in fines. Your license will be fully suspended for 30 days, after which a 60 day restricted licence will be issued after a $45 reinstatement fee is paid. An Ignition Interlock Device installation is possible – installed at your expense.
If you are arrested for a second DUI in Webster County you could face up to one year in jail and $1,000 in fines. Your license will be suspended for a minimum of one year, however, if your second offense is within five years of the first, the suspension is automatically suspended for five years. The Ignition Interlock Device is required after license reinstatement. The $45 reinstatement fee is still required.
Your third DUI conviction could land you in jail for up to four years with fines up to $5,000. Your license will be suspended for ten years after which installation of an Ignition Interlock Device will be required at your expense.
