Is the legal limit for DUI in TN .10 or .08?

Also, can you be charged with drunk driving in Tennessee if you are below the legal limit but have some alcohol in your system.

I'm coming to Nashville and want to know if it's okay to drive the rental car after a couple of brews, or if it's better to just play it safe and take a cab.

I guess what I'm asking is whether Tennessee is one of those really messed up DUI states like Arizona where they will bust you if you drive out of a bar and have any alcohol in you at all?
