San Francisco DUI officer jurisdiction
If you are heading across the Bay Bridge towards Oakland and a police officer has followed you on the bridge from 1st street in San Francisco, and then stops you on the Oakland side... can this be a legitimate arrest? Isn't the officer out of his jurisdiction?
Can the arrest be properly made? If so, which court would hear the DUI case, San Francisco or Oakland?

The short answer to your questions is: yes.
The court jurisdiction can be changed to the county seat when certain requirements are met.
