San Francisco DUI Alternatives
Does San Francisco have any alternatives to prosecution after a drunk driving arrest? I mean, can you get treatment or counseling instead of actually being prosecuted for DUI?

San Francisco courts do not offer deferred prosecution or DEJ for DUI charges. However, some judges are willing to give credit off the fine or towards work program for treatment facility/AA participation.
