Orange County DUI Blood Testing
Are Orange County DUI officers trained to draw blood from DUI suspects? If so, how often do police officers draw blood versus actual medical professionals when it comes to drunk driving arrests?

No law enforcement agencies in Orange County authorize their officers to draw blood. This may change in time, as the trend which originated in Texas and Utah is growing nationally.
In Orange County, all blood draws are conducted by employees of a private agency.Lawrence Taylor
