How to plead down a dwi charge in NC
What are the best strategies for pleading down a DWI charge in North Carolina? I've heard that it's not a great idea in most cases to approach the prosecutor directly. Is that true?
What are some of the factors that are looked at when considering what kind of plea bargain to give? And what can the ordinary person who is charged with NC DUI do to make their chances as good as possible for getting a non-DWI outcome in their case?
