Here's what the Minnesota House has to say about prohibited MN DWI behaviors:

It is illegal to "drive, operate, or be n control of any motor vehicle anywhere in the state while"...
  • under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or a combination of both
  • having an alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater within two hours of driving;
  • having any schedule I or II controlled substance metabolites other than marijuana in the body;
  • with a .04 or greater alcohol content within 2 hours of driving if you're in a commercial vehicle;

What is this saying about marijuana? Does this mean that if you smoke pot and then drive a couple of days later you are not in violation of MN DWI law? I know some states they will nail you with any trace of pot in your system.
