Attorney Jeff Quisenberry
Before focusing on criminal defense, Attorney Quisenberry spent over half of his career as an Assistant State Attorney. This prior experience has given him a unique advantage, as he is very familiar with how the prosecution is likely going to build their defense case against his clients. A graduate of the University of Florida and Stetson University College of Law, Attorney Quisenberry graduated in the top fifteen percent of his class, tried three jury cases through the clinical law program and was a semi-finalist in a Trial Competition. Attorney David Shestokas
Mr. Shestokas is licensed to practice law before the Illinois Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and licensed in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In addition to practicing criminal law, he authored Get Your Illinois License Back and is a feature writer for the online magazine Law, Crime & Justice. Cook County also recruited Mr. Shestokas to work with the Felony Review Unit assisting with over 400 felony cases and police investigations. In 1987 Attorney Shestokas started his own Chicago law firm. He later transferred to the Cook County prosecutor’s office as an Assistant State Attorney where he handled over 5,000 criminal cases. Attorney Nirav M. Jamindar
Attorney Jamindar started his legal career in West Palm Beach as a Judicial Law Clerk assisting a Circuit Court Judge. In this summer internship position during his second year of law school, Jamindar acquired invaluable experience on researching case law and the flow of the inner most workings of the elite Judge’s office. Mr. Jamindar’s work experience allows him to understand how a Judge constructs their rulings. This knowledge proves priceless when representing a Client within the Court system. Attorney Jamindar left West Palm Beach and moved to the West Coast of Florida. He served the Office of the Public Defender in the 20th Judicial Circuit Court of Ft. Myers. Florida DUI Attorney Marquin Rinard has an extensive background in criminal law. He is a graduate of Auburn University, and in 1982 earned his Law Degree from the University of San Diego. He has an extensive DUI and criminal defense background that spans three decades.
Florida Criminal Defense Attorney Jeff R. Quisenberry has been practicing law for over 21 years, and has tried over 100 jury trials, including over fifteen homicide cases and over fifty life and capital felonies. Attorney Quisenberry has successfully drafted and argued over thirty felony appeals, argued over 500 legal motions to the court, cross examined over fifty expert witnesses and deposed more than one hundred expert witnesses.
