A DUI conviction in Arizona, in addition to any administrative suspension or revocation and/or suspension flowing from the conviction, carries at least 8 points with the MVD (on your Arizona driving privileges). Anytime you get between 8 and 12 points, you must go to traffic survival school, or your license will be suspended for up to six months or until you do.

Ask your lawyer what the license implications will be. Always make sure your mailing address is up to date with the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division. They will mail you any pertinent information, and if you miss it because your address is not up to date, your drivers license may go into suspension without your knowledge.
