He is a graduate of Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, and a graduate of the University of Arkansas School Of Law. He is the managing partner and founder of the Law Offices of Bennett & Williams. Mr. Williams has extensive training and experience when it comes to defending DUI cases. Breath Test Training: He is trained in the operation and maintenance of the BAC Datamaster breath test machine. He has gone through operator and supervisor certification training for the Alco-Sensor breath test machine. He completed an Intoximeter EC/IR II Breathalyzer Course regarding the machine that, in 2009, started to replace the older machines in use in Arkansas. Field Test Training: Mr. Williams has completed the DWI field sobriety test training course, which is the same three day course that police officers take to learn how to conduct alcohol-related DWI investigations. He has completed the Drug Recognition Expert training course, and he and his partner, Mr. Bennett, are the only defense lawyers in Arkansas with this training, which is recognized by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Continuing Education and Training: DUI/DWI science is continually evolving, and Mr. Williams realizes the importance of staying several steps ahead in his field. To that end, he regularly attends seminars such as "Mastering Scientific Evidence" and other programs presented by the National College for DUI Defense. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Trial Practice Institute of the National Criminal Defense College at Mercer University School of Law.
