We are a small litigation firm focusing on representing individiuals. We operate according to the golden rule... treat our clients as we would want to be treated.
We believe that a negotiated outcome to a case is usually preferrable to litigation, and strive to facilitate the best prelitigation offers for our clients. Our negotiations are backed by extensive litigation experience. We approach each case diplomatically, but arm ourselves early for the potential of trial and appeal. Being preparred for litigation is the best facilitator of settlement.
We keep our case-load small by choice. We invest the maximum effort in each case, exploring every factual, legal and scientific road to victory.
We earned our good name by relentlessly advocating for our clients and by treating all parties involved with respect and dignity. Our opponents know that we are not afraid to fight them up to and through trial if necessary. They also know that we act curteously towards them unless they don't show the same respect.
